I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, HELEN M. DIQCINSON,
to act as E~ecutrix of this my Last Will and Testau~nt, to serve
without bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing i

of inv~entory, appraisal or appointment of appraisers, as required
by Or~er of Court or law, giving and granting sai,d E~oecutrix the
ri.ght to sell, with or without the Order of any Court at public or i

private sale ; and, in the event my wife , HELEN M. - DIQCINSON, shall ~

predecease me, or be unwilling or unable ~to act, then in either ;
event, I hereby nominate and appoint my son, ROBERT V. C. ~

DIQCINSON, to act in her stead, giving and granting said Executor

the same powers, rights, waiv~ers and excuse from bond as herein- ~

before set- out for my wife as Executrix. ~
