. On the Petition of HELEN M. DICKINSON for Summary Administra-
tion of the estate of EDWIN A. DICKINSON, deceased, the Court
finding that the Decedent died on the 18th day of October, 1977;
that a~l interested persons have b~en served proper notice of
this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material
allegations of the Petition are true; that the instrument presented
to this Court as the Last Will of EDWIN.A. DICKINSON, deceased,
being self-proving, has been established as the Last Will of the
Decedent; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be
entered, it is ~
ADNDGED that the Will bearing date August 19, 1974 and
attested by Charles E. Becht, Bethany I. Booh~x and Flora E. Taylor
as subscribing and attesting witnesses is admitted to.probate
