This proceeding was heard on the Report of Distribut-
tion of the personal representative of the estate of Hannah B.
Wilder, deceased, and the court findinq that the estate has ~
been properly distributed, that claims of creditors have been
paid or othexwise disposed of, and that the personal repre-
sentative should be discharqed, it, therefore, is
ADJUDGID that:
1. The Report of Distribution of the personal represen-
tative is approved.
2.The personal representative is hereby diseharged.
3. The surety on the personal representative's bond is
released of further liability on said bond.
4. The estate is declared to be fully administered and
is closed. ~
