TO RECORD AND APPOINT A PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The instrument presented to this court as authenticated
of Kentucky intestate estate proceedings have been admitted _
into these proceedinqs and the court found them to have been
properly fxled.
The estate of the decedent in Florida consists of
property described as; Lots 25 and 26, Plat af Altandena Sub-
division; Plat Book 4, Page 27 Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, including inprovements thereon and furniture,
furnishings and fixtures therein.
IT_IS ORDERED AND AOJUDGED that said foreiqn.estate
proceedinqs are admitted for purposes of these ancillary pro-
ceedinqs in this court and; ~
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ELVA S. MacDONALD is
appointed Personal Representative of the estate of the decedent
.and that upon takinq the prescribed oath, filing designation
of resident agent and acceptence, and entering into bond in
the sum of --~p , ancillary letters of adminstration
shall be issued.
