WHEREAS, ELIZA B. SWORD, died on November I5, 1976,
a resident of Pikeville, Pike Coimty, Kentucky, leaving no Will,
and
WHEREAS, it has been shown to the Court, certified
copies of the Domiciliary Petition and Letters of Administration
and requested that an Ancillary Lett~s of Administration be
issued to Petitioner herein;_ ~
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Circuit Judge in and for the County - ;
aforesaid by virtue of the power and authority by law in me vested, ~

do hereby deelare the said ELVA S. MacDONAL~, duly qualified by
the laws of said State to act as Ancillary Personal Representative
~ with full power, by the provisions of law and by virtue o~ these ~

~ presents. to administer all and singular the goods, chattels, rights `

~ and credits of said ELIZA B. SWORD, and to ask, demand, sue for,
recover and receive the same; to pay the 3ust debts in which the
