The undersigned petitioner alleges: -
1. Petitioner's address is 1635 Thumb Point Drive, Fort
Pierce, Florida, and petitioner's post office address is Post Office
Box 4392, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
2. JOHN YEARSLEY is an incompetent, whose date of birtM
was 1896 ~ , who is years of age, and
whose social security number is 267-52-5044
The residence of the incompetent is 604 Midway Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450.
3: The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is that he
is unable to care for himself, confused, suspicious of his enviro-
ment and exhibiting grandeur type illusion (he had a lot of assets),
as adjudged by the Circuit Court in Fort Pierce, Florida, on August
31, 1978.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the property be
appointed for.the incompetent.
