incompetent is 604 Midway Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, and -
the psot office address of the incompetent is none.
3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is that he
is unab~e to care for himself, confused, suspicious of his enviro-
ment and exhibiting qrandeur type illusion (he had a lot of assets), .
as adjudged by the Circuit Court in Fort Pierce, FZorida, on August
31, 1978.
4. It is necessary that a guardian o~ the person be
appointed for the incompetent. ~
