The Petition of BRAD CULVERHOUSE for the appointment of a ~ _
guardian of the property of JOHN YEARSLEY, coming on this day to be
heard and it appearing to the Court that said person is incompetent
because of his inability to care for himself, confusion, he is ~
suspicious of his enviroment and exhibiting grandeur type illusion
(he had a lot of assets), and that it is necessary for a guardian
to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully
advised, it is
ADJUDGED that BRAD CULVERHOUSE is hereby appointed as
guardian of the property of JOHN YEARSLEY, Incompetent.
