3. A signed contract for sale from EVANS PROPERTIES,
INC., conditioned upon court approval, has been received to
purchase the.above-described real property for cash in the
amount of $564.04 per acre for a total sales price of
$3,205,544.76.
- 4. MARTHA J. SCOTT, JOHN CHARLES SCOTT and THOMAS
TERRY SCOTT, the only beneficiaries under the Will of the
above-named decedent, have filed with the Court their written
consent and waiver of notice of sale of the property described
~ above. -
' WHEREFORE, Petitioners ask for an order authorizing
the sale of the above-described property upon the terms and ~
conditions set forth above.
