gages") beinq more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortqage
and Security Aqreement, dated October 27, 19?6, recorded in.O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St..Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgaqe and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($I0.00) and other good and valuable~
, considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
~ knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and ~
h~s discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgaqes unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
tain ~ortio~n of the Premises encwnbered by the Mortgages more
~ ~ particularly described as follows:

That certain Condominium Parcel, being Unit No. 408 , a Condo-
,a o minium in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
a.r, tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that "De-

o~~ minium" recorded in O.R. Book 254, page 2128, et. s~., Public
h~.,~ Records of said County and all Amendments there'to, including
an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condomi.nium

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
~ 3~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
ments of record modifying or supportin g said Mortgages.
~'~s~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
Mortgaqor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
3~~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages
~ and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
~~;ti herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-
fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgaqes on the
oc~ ~ remai.ning part of said Premises, not hereby or heretofore released
. therefraa, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
