ORDER HOLDING WIFE IN WILLFUL CONTEMPT
and
ORDER DENYING MODIFICATION
This cause was heard on the 8th day of September, 1978
~ upon the Husband's Motion for Modification of Final Judgment
of Dissolution of riarriage and Motion for Contempt and the
Husband being present in open Court in person and represented .
by counsel, and the Wife being ~resent in open Court in person
and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of
the testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the
premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Husband's Motion for
Modification of Final Judgment of Dissolution Qf Marriage
~ could change the custody of the two minor children, DENNIS
~
~ JEREMIAA DIMINOVICH and MIA DENISE DIMINOVICH, is hereby
~ denied, it is further
~
~ ORDERED and ADNDGED that each party. the Husband, and
~
~ the Wife, are hereby ordered to not enter the interior of the
house occupied by the other parent; it is hereby further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that each party shall bear his own
attorney's fees and costs for this action; it is further
~ ORDE?tED and ADJUDGED that all Orders not modified by
~ this Order shall remain in full force and effect; it is further

~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Wife,.LINDA LEE DIMINOVICH,

~ is guilty of wi11fu1 and wanton contemnt of this Court for 3

failure to allow the Husband, DENNIS LEE DIMINOVICH, to have ~
