The principal and interest due hereunder shall be payable in 240
equal naonthly installments of $627.35 per month. Said monthly pay-
ment insCallment to include principal and interest and shall commence
on the 14th day of September, 1978, and shall be due and payable on _
the 14th day of each and every succeeding month until the entire
amount of principal and inter~st is paid in full. All payments shail
first apply to accrued interest, then to reduction of the principal.
Righ~ to prepay in whole or in part at any time without penalty is
reserved. ~

If any installment be not promptty paid within 1~ days next after the same be-
comes due, then, at the option of the holder hereof, the full amount remaining due upon
this note ~hal! thereupon beeome dae nnd payable at once, together with all other indebt-
edness stigulated in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the same. '
The makers and endorsers of this note furth er agree to waive notice of non-payment, ~
protest and demand for payment, and in case suit shal[ be brought for the cotlection
hereof or the same shall be coilected upon demand of an attorney, to pay all expenses
of such collecEion. including a reasonable attorney's fee thereon.
