' ORUER This cause, having come on to be heard before me upon ; Petition of the Husband and Counter-Petition of the Wife, and upon Stipulation of the parties in open Court, and this Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ~pon con- sideration ' ~ t > ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. 'ihis cause shall be and is hereby consolidated with those ma.tters pending before this Court in its Juvenile Division ~ in Case~No. 76-67-CJ-A, which matter is styled, "IN THE INTEREST UF: I:AROLYN GILBEkT, A CHILD." ~ , 2. The DEPAR7`MENT OF HEAI.TH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVIC~S shall conduct a social investigation on each of the parties, E CAROL CRISLIP HILL and JAMES B. CRISLIP,~ pursuant to Section 61.20, ~ ; Florida 5tatutes, regarding the care, custody, and control of ~ ~ JENNIFER JEAN CRISLIP, a minor child of the parties, and CARULYN ~ ~ ~ GILBERT, a minor child ot the Wife. 'the UEPARTMEN'~t' shall forthwith ~ conduct said investigation and file its report with this Court and ~ ~ the parties-within forty-five (45) days. . ~ ~ 3. During the pendency. of these proceedings before this ~ Court, the Husband shall have visitation rights to visit JENNIFER ~ ~ JF.:AN GRISLIP, now in the care, custody, and control of the Wife, ~ ~ _ ~ on alternating weekends, beginning at 5:00 o'clock, P.M., on ~ ~ Friday, and ending at 6:00 o'ciock, P.M., on Sunday. t ~ . ~ ~ ~ 4. The Wife, CAROL CRISLIP, shall have reasonable visitation ~ of CAROLYN GILBERT while she remains in the care, custody, and . ~ . control of the Husband, JAMES B.
