Judgment filed by Mack Jones, Petitioner herein and the

the parties having entering into a Stipulation in open court, ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
' ~ 1. That the Petition For Modification of Final Judgment
~ filed by Mack Jones, Petitioner, is hereby granted and he is

~j relieved_from paying any further payments for child support.

j4 2. That Mack Jones shall pay Annie Lee Jones permanent ~

i~ alimony in the amount of $50.00 per week, said payments to ;

~ail for said period of time unless he purges himself as
