That Mack Jones is further in contempt of court for ; / ` his failure to pay the law firm of Sullivan ~ Cobb for attorneys ~ r fees for their representation of the wife in the sum of $ 575.00 ~ t 5. Said Mack Jones may purge himself by promptly paying ~ . the arrearage of $1,075.00 plus alimony in the amount of $50.00 ~ . per week in the following manner: The sum of $50.00 shall be ~ . } paid on October 6, 1978 and the sum of $50.00 shall be paid on eac r and every week thereaf ter . The sum of $10.00 shall be paid on October 6, 1978 and the ~ sum of $10.00 sha11 be paid on each and every week thereafter ; ~ until the arrearage.of $1,075.00 is paid.in full. - ` 1! ~ i~ All of the above payments shall be paid.to the Clerk of ~ ; ii this~Court and by him remitted promptly to Annie Lee Jones. E, j In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutor i - costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
