FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 8th day of September, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the.evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has•jurisdicition of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; the~Husband averred that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken because of the Wife's use of alcohol
and her propensity to keep bad company; the Wife has agreed to abstain
from all alcohol and to avoid bad associations in the future so as to
affect a reconciliation. Upon consent of the parties, it i•s thereupon
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fo2lows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RONALD
NI~ON and ROSE NIXON be and the~same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. This Judgment shall not become effective until December 8,
1978, or such sooner time as the Court is advised by the parties through
their Counsel that~a reconciliation is impossible.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHIRISSE NIXON, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband, RONALD NIXON, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to the Wife, ROSE NIXON. Custody of RONETTA
NIXON and QUTANA NIXON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to the Wife, ROSE NIXON, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
the Husband, RONALD NIXON.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing one week after the effective date of
this Order and continuing each week thereafter, the Husband shall pay to
the Wife the sum of $15.00 each and every week for the support of each
minor child named above; said sum shall be paid until such time as each
