Each payment shaZl be made to the Clerk of .this Court and by ;

hereby assessed the sumn of $2,00 as statutory costs to be added to each ~
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money ~
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
CZerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses ~

at all times while this Order is in effect. ~
4. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. Commencing one week after the
effective date of this Order, the Husband shall pay to the Wife, ROSE
NIXON~ as Rehabilitative Alimony, the sum of $15.00 per week for a
period of 26 weeks.
5. TEMPORARY CHILD~SUPPORT, During the period of time between ~
the date of this Final Judgment and December 8, 1978, if the parties do ~
not reconcile and do not live together in one com~on household, the

Husband shall pay to the Wife the child support required to be paid in ;
Paragraph 3 above.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $500.00
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein, which ~
sum shall be paid at the rate of $25.00 per month starting on the first ~
day af each succeeding month until paid in full; said sum shall be paid

directly to the Wife's attorney.
-7. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined

and restrained from interfering ~aith, harassing or otherwise annoying, ~

the other.
8. JURI3DICTION.~ Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
