The Mo~tgAgee may, at his option, and without waiving his right to accelente the indebtedness hereby secured and to foreclose the same, pay either before or after deliquency any or all of tho~e certain oblig,ations required by the termS hercof to be paid by the Mo~tgagor for the protection of the mortgpge security or [or the collection of the indebtednas = hereby secured.
