MORTGAGE DEED
THIS MORTGAG~ DEED executed the ~2 day of
October , 1978, by JOSSPH NOELRE and MARGARET NOELKE,
s w e; LOUIS C. FORGET and JOAN FORGET, his wife;
WILLIAM L. WOLF, a sinqle adult; OMER NOELKE, a single
adult; LOUIS J. FORGST and GAYLE FORGET, his wife; CHARLES
J. NOELKE and MAXANN NOELKE, his wife; PHILLIP J. FORGET
and MELANIE FORGET, his wife, and DENNIS J. NOELKE and
DEBORAH NOELKE, his wife, constitutinq all of the Partners
of GERONIMO GROVES, a partnership, hereinafter called the
Mortqaqors, to GEORGE DANIEL STATTEL, hereinafter called .
the mortgaqee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "mortgagor" and
"mortqagee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corparations; and the term "note" includes
all the notes herein described if mor~ than one.)
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations,
and also in consideration of the aggreqate sum named
in the promissory'note of even date herewith, hereinafter _
described, the mortgagor hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee
all the certain land of which the mortgaqor is now seized

and in possession situate.in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sect~on 18, Township
~ ~ 35 South, Ranqe 39 East, less and except all

N~ riqhts of way for drainage canals and public roads.

This sale includes the 1978-79 citrus crop now on
' ~3;. ,
~ the trees ; and specif ically includes all grove -
equipment . and a wel l.~
: In the event of destruction by hurricane, hail i
or freeze of not less than 50$ of the citrus -
crop, matured_or unmatured, to be determined by
three reputable citrus growers (one selected
. by Mortgagor, one selected by Mortgagees, and
the third selected by the two previous.designees),
! ~ the maturity of the then next ensuing principal
~ _ installment hereunder shall be deferred, to become ~
due and payable on or before one year following
the then last installment. The relief afforded
shall be at the option of the Mortgagor and shall
be cumulative in effect; that is to say, the pro-
visions hereof will be applicable to the losses ~
sustained mentioned above occurring in more than
~ one single year.
