WE promise to pay to the order of GEORGE DAVIEL '
STATTEL, ONE HUNDRED TFiIRTY-FIVE TIiOUSAND SEVEN HUNDR~D ,
SIXTY-SIX AND 51/100THS ($135,766.51) DOLLARS, for value
received, payable at 515 South lOth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450 , wit interest from date at the rate
of 8 1 2$ per annum until paid; interest payable annually
with principal.
If default is made in any payment when due and continues
for 30 days, then at the option of the holder, and without any
other notice, all the remaining balance shall be due and
payable at once. - ~
And each of us whether make, quarantor or endorser,
hereby severally waives and renouces any and all homestead
exemption rights we may have under the Constitution or Laws
of the State of Florida, or any other State or United States,
as against this note; and each further waives demand, notice
of non-payment and protest, and in event it becoraes necessary
to collect this note through an attorney, agrees to pay all
. costs of collection, including reasonable.attorney's fee.
The principal balance of this note shall be payable in
twelve (12~ equal, annual installments of ELEVEN THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN AND 88/100THS ($11,313.$8) DOLLARS each,
PLUS~INTEREST, commencing January 10, 1979, and continuing each .
January 10 thereafter until paid in full, plus interest.
Should this note be prepaid prior to October 2, 1983, •
there shall be a prepayment penalty of ?-1/2$ of the unpaid
balance of th' note.
