AND the mortgagor hereby further covenants and agrees not to
convey the property mortgaged herein without the consent of the
mortgagee, and the assumption of the necv owner of the unpaid balance
of the mortgage~ in the event the transfer conveyance is made withou
the consent and the assumption in due form, then the unpaid balance
of this mortgage may be accelerated without notice by the mortgagee,
and the mortgagee may declare the entire debt due and payable.

For value received, I, we or either of us, promise to pay, without
defalcation, to the order of FIARIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE. 501 Orange Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, the sum of $ q~000_OOwith interest from date at the
