Upon acccleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment ot the Prapcny, l.cnder shall be entitlecl to have a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Properry a~d to coUect the re~ts of the
Property, including thost ~st due. All rents collectal by the receiver shall he applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and collec~ion af rents, including, hut not limitect to, receiver's fees, prcmiums on receiver's
honds and reasonable attoraey's tees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The rcceiver shall he liable to account
only for ~hosc rcnts actually reccivcd.
21. Fnture Ad~sncrs. Lpon requcst by Borrow•er, I.cnder, at l.ender's option within tweo~y years from thc date of this
Martgage, may make Future Advances to Borrawer. Such Future Advancea, with interest thereon, shall he secured by this
Mortgage whe~ evide~ctd by promissory notu stating that said notes are securecl hereby. At no time shall the principal
