Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the above
Court on the /3~day of ~October , 1978 , by the above named
Plaintiff(s) against the above named Defendant(s).
Tt:e property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and mor` particularly described
as follows:
Lot 24, in Block l, of RIVER PARK UNIT #2, according
• to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, at

Page 72, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with the improvements thereon and
all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained
therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.
The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a
certain mortgac~e given by HAROLD F. ZIMMER and JANET ZIMMER, his
wi fe to the Plainti f f(s ) recorded in O.R. Book 268, Page 2404
in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale
of said property under the direction-of said Court, in default of the
, payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff(s) under said
mortgage; and for other and further relief.
