SYLVIA E. RIKER who, after first being duly sworn, did depose
and say: .
1. That she is the surviving spouse of Robert H. Riker
who died on September 19, 1975.
2. That she and the said Robert H. Riker were duly

the date of death of Lela Mae Riker on April 28~ 1975,
until the death of the said Robert H. Riker; and further
