his wife, parties of the second part, whose address is 840 Mowry Drive, ~
Ashland, Ohio, 44805.
W I T N E S S E T H:
Tl~e party of the first par•~, gursuant to the order of tt~e Circuit
Court for St. Lucie Co~inty, Florida, dated the 9th day of August, 1978, and
in consideration of t1~e sum of $13,000.00 and other good and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms to the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block l, COL. H. D: GOFORTH SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 9, Page 75 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
TOGET}~R with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances belon~ing or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the garties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever. F
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to
and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders of the above-named
i court and the laws of Flo„ida have been foliowed and complied with in all.
