This cause came on for hearing, ex parte,-on the Applicat'ion'
of the Trustee to sell real property located in St. Lucie County to
Walter C. Vitunac and Lace K. Yitunac, said property being more parti-
cularly described as follows: ~

It appearing to the Court that Trustee has attempted to sell this
property in the past and has Zost several sales concerning the property
due to the restrictions placed of record prior to bankruptcy petition,_
which restrictions severally restrict the value of said property the Court;
f inds that the sale to Walter C. Vitunac and Iace K. Vitunac is reason-
able and should be approved. It is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Trustee be and he is hereby authorized
.to sell the above-described real_property to Walter C. Vitunac and Lace
K. Vitunac subject to all restrictions and liens of record with no
representations or warranties whatsaever for the sum of $5,000. It is
