TRUSTEE' S DEED OF REAL ESTATE
THIS INDENTURE made this day of October, 1978,
between EDWARD S. AVDOYAN, as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the estate
of EARL LEIFFER TRUCKING CO. , INC. , bankrupt, party of the f irst ~
part, and WAIIPER C. VITUNAC and LACE K. VITUNAC, 810 Ketterman Road,
West, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the second part:
W I T N E S S E T H: _
The party of the first part, by virtue of the power and
authority given in and by an Order of the Honorable George L. Proctor,
Bankruptcy Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle
District of Florida, dated the l5th day of September, 1978, in Case .
No. 75-413-Orl-Bk-M, and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10,00) lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant, convey and release unto the party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following
described parcel of land lying~and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit: , ,
The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty-One (31), Township
Thirty-four (34) South, Range Forty (40) East, Less
and excepting therefrom all existing rights-of-ways
for public roads and drainage canal purposes,
together with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the
said EARL LEIFFER TRUCKING CO., INC. had at the time of the filing of
the Petition in Bankruptcy by him in said United States District Court
for the Middle District of Florida, in said.premises, and also the
estate therein which the party of the first part has or has power to
; convey or dispose of, as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the said EARL LEIF'FER
~ TRUCKING CO., INC., bankrupt. ~

; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
~ party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. _
