CORDARY, Wife. ORDER APPROVING SALE AND ORDERING DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS This matter coming on this day of October, r978, and'the Court having been advis~d that the property described as: ' That part of the SE~t of the STV~ of the NW~ lying South of Okeechobee Road and Section 19 Township 35 South, Range 40~Cast, St. Lucie County, Florida. Excepting therefrom all easements for public roads and draingage canals has been sold pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause to Treasure Coast Oil Company, Inc., for the sum of One~Hundred _ ~renty Three Thousand ($123,000.00) Dollars. ~ It is ordered and adjudged as follows: 1. That the sale be and the same is hereby confirmed and ratified. 2. That the Clerk is ordered and directed to pay from the proceeds of the sale all taxes due thereon at the time of the sale, and the recording costs involved in the recording of the Deed and the Clerks or registry fee, if any. The Clerk is further ordered to pay to Ben L. Bryan, Jr., the sum of $87.40 for costs advanced by him for newspaper ads advertising the sale of the property in the News Trubune. 3. After paying said costs and expenses, the ~lerk is directed to divide the proceeds into three equal parts, with one part being credited to JESSIE E. CORDARY, one part to EARL F. CORDARY and one~ " ~ part to RUT~I E. CORDARY. The Clerk is ordered and directed to pay ' from the part of EARL F. CORDARY to Ben L.
