4. The Clerk is ordered and directed to pay from the part of
EARL F. CORDARY, the sum of Zt~o Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00)
Dollars to Charles Sullivan, after which the Clerk is ordered and
directed to pay the balance remaininq to EARL F. CORDARY. The Clerk
is further ordered and directed to pay the part credited to JESSIE
E. CORDARY to JESSIE E. CORDARY, or to such other persons as he is
directed in writing by Charles Sullivan, attorney for JFSSIE E.CORDARY.
5. The Clerk is ordered and directed out of the share attributable
to RUTH E. CORDARY to pay to Ben L. Bryan, Jr., th~ sum of Three Thousand
Five Hundred ($3,500.00) Dollars. The Clerk is ordered and directed to
pay the balanc°_remaining to RUTH E. CORDARY.

retained hereto pursuant to paragraph 10 of the Final Judgment
