This cause having come to be hearc~ upon the Motion of the
Plaintiff for a Summary Final Judgment herein and the Court
raving considered the pleadings and the evidence presented on
~e~lf of the Plaintiff and otherwise being fully advised in the
vre~ises f inds and determines that the Defendant is indebted to
~ the Plaintiff in~the amount of $1,990.50; and the Court further
~i:~s that Plaintiff is entitled to .-recover the cost it incurred
