values and aarnnities in said ~cmnnity and for the maintain~noe of said parks,
recreational areas, c~en spaaes, gYee.nbelts, and other vcnman facilities; and
to this end, desires to subj ect the r~al Proe~rtY descri

and "B" toc~ether with su~ch additions as may hereafter be made thereto (as pra-
vided in Article II) to the vovpnants, restrictions, easements, charc~es and
liais, hereinafter set forth, eaGh and all of which is and are for th~ benefit `
