Section 2. Duration. Exoept as provided in Section 1 hereof, the
wvenants and restrictions of this Declaratirn shall rui with ar~d bind the land,
and shall inure t~o the benefit of and be enr~roe.able by Zhe Association, or the
Oamer of any land subject to this Declaration anci their respective legal repre-
sentatives, heirs, swooessors, and assigns, for a texm of t~aenty (20) years fran
