1. The decedent BBTTY J. SMITR, ~/k/a BB1TY JBAN SMITN, a/k/a BBTTY SMITH, a
~ reeident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on March 12, 1978, and Lettera of
Adminiatration were iesued to Petitioner on March 27, 1978. ~ ~
2. Petitioner fi~ea herewith a Final Accounting containing a complete
report of all receipta and disbureements since the commencement of adminiatration
of thia eatate, or aince the date of the laet accounting filed heFein, if any.
3. Petitioner hae fully administrered this e$tate, by making payment,
settlement, or other dispoaition of all claims and debts that were presented and
by paying or making proviaion of the payment of all expenaea of administration.
4. Yetitioner hae filed all required eatate tax returns with the In-

ternal Revenue Service and With the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida,
and hae obtained and filed with thia Court evidence of the satiafaction of thie

i eetate'a obligatione for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. • `
