tion of the personal representative of the estate of Laura H.
Rhoades, deceased, and the court findinq that the estate
has been properly distributed, that claims of creditors have .
been paid or otherwise disposed of, and that the personal
representative should be discharqed, it therefore is
ADJUDGED that:
1. The Report of Distribution of the personal represen-
tative is approvecl.
2. The personal representative is hereby discharqed.
