It appearing unto the Court that the Order hereto~ore
entered by this Court in the above entitled action, is incorrect ~
as stated, because of the incorrect leqal descri~tion of the
conc~rned nroperty; and it further appearing that the incorrect
legal description mentioned in Paraqraph 1 of this Order occurred:
' due to an inadvertent clerical error;
It is therefore, ORDERED ttiat the Order heretofore .

entered by this~Court on September 15, 1978 be, and the same is
hereby corrected by entering the correct legal description of
the concerned property, to-wit:
"All that part of the following described~
lancls, lying t•lest of the Florida East
Coast Railroad~Right of Wav:
; Beginning at a point on the West line of
Lot 1, Section 32, Township 36 South,
Range 41 East, 5-chains, 65 links North
of the Southwest corner of said Lot I;
and thence running East 24 chains~ 55 links
to the Indian River; thence run Northwesterly
along the River~bank to a point 2 chains,
11 links North of the line post, run thence .
West 23 chains, 7 links to the West line of
said Lot 1, then~~ run South 2 chains, 11
links to the Point of Beginninq."
It is further ORDERED that said Order as corrected
herein be entered Nunc P'ro Tunc to appear of record as of Sentem-

ber 15, 1978, that being the date when said Order was originaZly
entered.
