The petitioner, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, alleges:
l. Petitioner has an interest in the anove estate as
personal representative. Petitioner's names and address are
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, P. O. Box 8, Fort Pierce, FL ~
33450 and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are
as set forth at the end of this petition. ~
2. Decedent, FREDERICK R. DUNN, whose last known address
was 134 East Prima Vista Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, FL 33452,
died on the 18th day of September, 1978 at Port St. Uicie, F'L,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
