I, FREDERICK R. DUNN, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. ;

' CLAUSE:I: I direct my personal representative to i
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, ~
includinq the expenses of my last illness and funeral ex-
penses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of the re~t, residue~
and remainder of my property, real and persona3., wherever
situate and whether acquired before or after the execution
of this Will, to my Trustee hereinafter named, to be held,
managed, and invested for the exc lusive use and benefit of

my wife, GRACE W. DUNN, as follows :
A. Durinq the lifetune of my wife, GRACE W. '
~UNN, the Trustee shall use as much of the
income and principal of the tiust estate as
the Trustee determines to be necessary for '
I the health, maintenance and welfare of my wife,
~ during her lifetime.

~ CLAU$E III: If my wife,.GRACE W. DUNN, does not sur-

~ vive me or if she survives me, then upon her death, my en-
~ tire probate estate or my trust estate, as the case may be,

shall be distributed equally to the following eight (8) in-

dividuals, per capita and not per stirpes:
A. To my niece, IRENE LOHMAN, presently residing
at 1105 Raritan Drive, Oak Iiill, Missouri 63119;

~ 8. To my wife's niece, ELSIE HAWK (wife of
Francis Hawk), presently residinq at 3131
~ Princeton, Granite City, Illinois 62040;

~ C. To my wife's nephew, CHARLES VOYLES, pre-
~ sently re~idinq at Route 1, Fdwardsville,
