F. To my wife's nephew, RODNEY LOCKHART, pre- i
sently residing.at 700 Hurst Drive, Hurst, Texas
76052; .
G. To my wife's niece, CYNTHIA KILLORAN, pre- ~
- sently residing at 123 South Pr.airie, Batavia,
Illinois 60510; and .
H. To my v~ife's niece, MILDRED WALRER, pre-
sently residing at 25571 Via lnez Road, San
Juan, Capistrano, California 92675;
If any of the above-named eight (8) beneficiaries
do not survive me, then their share shall drop
out, thereby increasing the shares of the others
~ of said eight (8 ~ named benef iciaries . #
CLAUSE IV: In order to carry out the purposes of the
trust created under this Will, the Trustee shall have all of

the rights, p~wers, duties and responsibilities granted to F

Trustees under Chapters 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes. ~
My personal representative shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted under 3
Chapters ?33.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes. '
CLAUSE V: I name and appoint SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE

~ personal representative of this Will and as Trustee of the

~ trust created hereunder.
~ If my wife survives me, it is anticipated that she
~rill have assets in her c~wn name at the time of my death . It

~ is my hope that the Trustee will manage said assets in a
~ separate trust or in an agency account for the benefit of my ~
f
~ wife during her lifetime since it would be helpful to her in
managi.ng her affairs and paying her expenses.
