The Petitioner, ELSIE SEFICK, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the daughter of the decedent and beneficiary of the estate. ~ -
Petitioner's name and address are Elsie Sefick, 6401 Saxon Boule-
vard, West Palm Beach, Florida, and the name and address of Peti-
tioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
. 2. Decedent, MARY TOMICA, whose last known address was
18 Pleasure Avenue, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, 33450,
- died on September 18, 1978, at Community Hospital of the Palm
Beaches, West Palm Beach, Florida, and at the time of death decedent ~
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
