6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are: a mobile home with furniture and furni~hings with
the approximate value of $6,500.00, a mortgage payable to the dece-
dent with the approximate value of $10,000.00, and a checking
account with the approximate value of $332.19. ~ ,

7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or ~
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
Auqust 26, 1977, accompanies this petition, and is self-proving
under the laws of the State of Florida.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that ELSIE SEFIK~be appointed personal representative ~
of the Florida estate of the decedent. .
