I, MARY TOMICA, a citizen and resident of St. Lucie County, ~

Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby
revoke and annul any and all WiZls and Codicils thereto by me at `
any time heretofore made and do hereby make, publish and declare
this instrument to be my last Will and Testament. ~

I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.

I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of my estate, including property over which I have a ~
power of appointment, unto my four children, ELSIE SEFICK,

hold, manage,-invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage, pledge
and lease all or any portion of my property, whether real, per-
sonal or mixed, tangible or intangible. wherever situated, of
which I may die seized or possessed; and i further give and grant

to my Personal Representative the right to otherwise dispose of ~
the assets of my estate at public or private sale and upn such
terms or conditions as she may see fit, and the further right
