PETITION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
The petitioner, by and through his undersigned attorneys,
respecttully alleges unto the Court as follows:
1. Petitioner is the personal representative of thQ
above estate, letters of administration having issued to him
July 27, 1978.
2. The decedent's last will and testament, in Articles
Third, Fourth and Fifth, and the codicil to said will, both
of which have been duly admitted to probate_~and record, provide
specific legacies as set forth therein.
3. Since these specific bequests, with the exception
of the one in Article Fifth, are in relatively small amounts, ~
your petitioner would like to distribute them at this time to
facilitate the ultimate closing of the estate.
4. Your petitioner would show unto the Court by the
inventory filed herein that there are sufficient-cash assets
to pay these smaller bequests, as well as the one in Article
Fifth for $10,000. ~ ~

S. Your petitioner would further show unto the Court
that the estate will still have~sufticient assets to take
care of other specific bequests and anticipated expenses,
and that such expenses should not exceed $500, exclusive of #
legal costs.
