distribution, and the Court having noted the contents of the
petition and being fully advised in~the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED the personal representative is
authorized to make partial distribution as follows:
1. The sum of $360 each to Harvey Francis Rue, Roderic
•Marvin Prindle, Dale VanAnden Tyler, Ronald Tyler, Jr. and

2, The sum of $140 to Mary V. Porterfield and Richard V.
Porterfield, and the sum of $100 to Lilly Fallot;
3. The sum of $10,000 to Ethel Fromwiller Imhoff; and
