I, MILDRED WIGGINS, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, beinq of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understandinq, do hereby make, publish and declare this writing
as and for My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and cancell- ~
inq all other and former Wills.and Codicils heretofore made by
me.
FIRST: I direct that all,my just debts, expenses of

my last illness, funeral expenses, costs of administering my Estate
~ and all other ro er charges against my Estate be paid as soon

~ as practicable.after my death in such amounts as my Executrix, ~

~ hereinafter named, may deem proper, without regard to any limit
I ~
which may otherwise be imposed by law on the amount or amounts
thereof, provided, however, my Executrix shall not be required
; to pay any debts secured by a mortqage, pledge or similar encumbranc
~ on property owned by me at my death, and such property may pass
~ ~
I ! subject to such mortgage, pledge or similar encumbrance or my ~

j ~ Executrix, in her discretion may pay such a debt. I further direct
E } my Executrix to pay from my Estate all :~'ederal and other Estate, !

~ inheritance, transfer and succession taxes and levies due by my

~ Estate or otherwise, or by my Legatees on legacies hereinafter i

~ specified, with respect to property included in my Estate, whether
} disposed by this Will or not, and that payment shall be an expense ~

of administration, without apportionment to anyone. ~ '
; SECOND: I devise my real property and the house located t

~ thereon, at 1706 North 16th Court, Ft. Pierce, St. Lncie County, i
- ` Florida, to my brother, RALPH MERRITT, outright in fee. In the '

~ event that my said brother does not survive me for a period of ~
~ ~
~ ± thirty ~30) days, Z devise the said property to my brothers,

~ ROOSEVELT MERRITT and JOHN W. MERRITT, in equal shares, per capita. ~
