SIXTH: A. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my daughter, MARY LEE HORNS, as Executrix, of this, My Last Will ~

and Testament. In the event of the death, resiqnation, removal ~

B. I direct that no bond or other security ~

shall be required of my Executrix or Alternate Executor, in any ~

j C. In the administration and distribution

; of my Estate, my Executrix or Alternate Executor shall have full ~

~ power and authority to deal with my Estate and to perform every '

~ act in the management of my Estate which individuals may perform ~

~ Trust, and which persons serving in like capacities may do under ~
