minor is domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
9. WILLIAM B. BROWN is sui juris and a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and otherwise quaZified under the laws of Florida to
act as Guardian of the person and property of the minor, and is

entitled to preference becaus~ he is a hal£-brother of the minor
and has been selected by the persons most closely related to the
minor as their ~preference.
10. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the informa-
tion required by_Florida law and by the applicable Florida Rules of
Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth in full
above cannot be ascertained without delay that would adversely affect
the minor or the minor's property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that he be appointed as
Guardian of the person and property of the minor.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have.read
