The Petition of WILLIAM•$. BROWN for the appointment of a
Guardian of the person and property of DAVID KEITH HODGES, a minor,
coming on this day to be heard, and it appearing to the Court that
said pexson is a minor and that it is necessary for a Guardian to be
appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that WILLIAM B. BROWN is hereby appointed ~
as Guardian of the person and property of DAVID KEITH HODGES, a minor;
and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said WILLIAM B. BROWN is required
tq file a bond in the amount of $ payable to the
Governor of the State of Florida and to his successors in office,
conditioned on the faithful performance of all duties by the Guardian,
according to law. -
