The Petition of LILLIAN K. FUNK alleges:
1. GLEN H. FUNK, late of Alameda County, California, died
on October 17, 1977 leaving a Last Will dated January 26, 1973
which was duly proved and admitted to Probate and recorded in
the Superior Court in the State of California, in and for the
County of Alameda, a Court of Probate jurisdiction, on April
11, 1978.
2. That ~iTill complies with the laws of the State of Florida
as to form and manner of execution.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the Will, the Petition for
Probate, the Order Admitting Will to Probate, Letters of Admini-
stration, and the part of the Domicillary Record that shows the
~ names of the Devisee under the Will are filed with the Petition.
~ The Devisee is LILLIAN K. FUNK.

~ 4. At the time of his death, GLEN H. FUNK was the owner
' of real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks for an Order admitting tfie probated
foreign Will to Record in this Court. ,
