Comes now JACKIE CAYNON and represents unto the court
as follows:
1. That he has been involved in attempting to resolve
title questions as to the property set out on the Inventory, and
believes that same have been resolved with the property now being
on the tax rolls. .
2. That he has negotiated a sale for a portion of the
property described as follows: -
That parcel of ground located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, being a part of the East ~ of the South-
west ~ of the Southeast ~ of Section 4, Township ~
35 South, Range 40 East, lying east of North 13th
Street, described as follows:
A parcel bounded on the West by the 13th Street
~ right of way and extending therefrom approximately .
i 60 fee~ east, and bounded on the South by the right "
! of way of Avenue E, and on the North by the right of
i way of Avenue F.
~ for the sum of Seven Thousand ($7,00~.00) Dollars, with the estate,

~ as the seller, to bear the normal and usual closing costs and ex-
penses. A copy of the contract is attached hereto and incorporated
by reference herein.
3. That there are liens against the properties which are
required to be paid.
