a national banking association organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gaqes") being more ~articularly described as follows: (i) Mort~gaqe
and Security Agreeme~t, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COI~ANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
„ considerations, the recei.pt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
• knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h~s discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-

This instrumen~ releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and

~nts of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

~ a Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and ;
3~~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages

~~;d herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-
fect, lien, security in~erest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the
